Matt Bailey

With postgraduate qualifications in construction practice and a strong foundation in the power sector, Matt Bailey joined Pensar in 2014, initially as an Estimator, then Project Manager and now Construction Manager. Matt has built strong, longstanding working relationships with clients and contractors alike, managing the complex project delivery requirements for operators such as Energex, Queensland Rail and Transport and Main Roads.

He ensures all quality, safety, environmental and financial requirements are strictly adhered to. Matt is a highly respected and well connected Construction Manager with broad project experience in power.
