David has over 20 years of valuable practical and technical experience in electrical communications project development, management and delivery which he draws from in leading the operational delivery of the business. He combines his knowledge and skills in design and project management of renewable energy, electrical infrastructure along with water and wastewater infrastructure to successfully manage project success for Pensar clients.
