Branyan Drive Traffic Signals
About the project
Pensar were engaged to improve the safety of pedestrians and motorists using the intersection of Branyan Drive, Avoca Road and Dittmann Road. The works also included the upgrade of public access to the local park located at the intersection of Waratah Drive and Branyan Drive.

Project Scope
- New traffic signals and associated infrastructure
- New footpaths, pram ramps, refuge island and bus stop
- Resurfacing of roadway through the intersection
- New access driveway for the local day-care centre
Challenges
- All works were completed under live traffic conditions with through traffic needing to be maintained throughout the project under traffic management conditions
Achievements
- Pensar have received positive feedback from the Bundaberg Regional Council regarding the pace, progress and quality of works
- This project was one of the first to be completed by Pensar Power since the implementation of the Procore System
