The Yeerongpilly Greens Parkland Development was an infrastructure commitment for the provision of parks and public space as part of the urban renewal precinct at Yeerongpilly. Pensar was involved in the delivery of Stage 1 and 2 of the development.

Project Scope
- Supply and install of Energex, NBN, Telstra and BCC Signals
- Gas & Rate 3 Lighting infrastructure
- Supply and install of temporary Energex and Telstra assets to facilitate the construction of the site
- Supply, install and commissioning of 3 sets of Traffic Signals
- Supply and install of architecturally designed feature lighting
Challenges
- Works were carefully managed due to a tight proposed program to ensure the project was delivered prior to an international event being held at the tennis centre
Achievements
- Installation of 18x Energex HV Pits
- Installation of 21km of conduit
- Installation of 256 electrical and comms pits
- Installation of 205 lights
- Completion of Stage 1 and Stage 2B on time for the Brisbane International Tennis event
