We take great pleasure in announcing a significant milestone in Pensar’s evolution with Patrick Newell stepping into the newly created role of Chief Executive Officer and David Brown taking on the role of Pensar’s Chief Operating Officer.
Pat has been with us for 16 years, from his early days as a graduate engineer to Director of our Water division and more recently as Pensar’s Chief Operating Officer. Pat’s new focus will be on setting direction, aligning strategy, and ensuring Pensar continues to operate effectively at every level.
For the past 13 years, David has headed up our Power division, managing many successful project wins and deliveries across the business with the more recent being the Mt Crosby Pump Station Critical Electrical Infrastructure upgrade. David’s appointment supports our vision of a more integrated business offering and reflects the strong leadership capabilities we have within Pensar. He is an exceptional example of the Pensar work culture, with his personable approach and ability to drive operational excellence whilst maintaining long lasting client relationships.
In alignment with this exciting announcement, Karl Yunker will move into the role of Executive Chairman, continuing to support Pat and David as they partner in leading the Pensar business forward into our next exciting chapter.
