A founding partner of AWA’s Careers in Water

We are excited to be a founding partner of AWA’s Careers in Water program and look forward to contributing to impactful career outcomes within the water sector in the years to come.

Careers in Water is a program that encompasses multiple projects to promote awareness, as well as attract and retain skills and talent in the Australian water sector. In May 2023, the Australian Water Association Board identified the skills shortage as one of the most critical impacts on the water sector. As an Association, AWA want to attract the best people to work in water and this program creates a pipeline of talent for their members to address this need. While there are a range of existing initiatives across the industry to help address the skills shortage, AWA will connect all of these in one place. Learn more > Careers in Water
