Working closely with the Urban land Development Authority and Bligh Tanner in September 2010, Pensar was commissioned to construct an innovative, environmentally friendly water supply system for ULDA residential development, Fitzgibbon Chase.

The System design collects roof water from homes throughout the estate into communal tanks located throughout the development, pumped to a central storage and treatment plant. here water is treated to potable quality and tested to meet standards before supply returns to the development residents homes. It is estimated 44ML of treated water for potable use will be supplied and reduce overall reliance on mains water supplies within the community.
