Structural concrete and ground stabilisation works at one of the major sites at Enoggera Creek including;

  • Construction in accordance with Tidal Works Permit
  • Large diameter bored piles
  • Small diameter micro piles
  • Shotcrete
  • GABI block retaining wall
  • Suspended and cantilevered slabs
  • Installation of Wagners Composite Fire Technologies

Works interface with key stakeholders including Translink, Queensland rail, Powerlink, QUU, Queensland Motorways and local business

Pedestrian and traffic management and restricted work corridors

Pensar Civil were awarded Brisbane Bikeway Packages 1,2,5 & 7 as part of the$120 million bikeway infrastructure project provided by Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government. Across the four packages, totalling 19 sites, critical components of the four-year rollout of the Better Bikeways 4 Brisbane Program were completed.

Scope of works included; 

  • Clearing and grubbing
  • Earthworks drainage
  • Retaining walls
  • Reinforced concrete slab on ground
  • Electrical reticulation
  • Pavement and asphalt surface treatments
  • New roadworks and cul-de-sac construction
  • Service relocation
  • pavement linemarking and signage
  • Hard and soft landscaping and finishing works
