Project Highlights

  • Innovative Construction methods employed such as drilling and blasting sewer and stormwater trenches and the use of D11 dozers to expedite delivery.
  • Construction of multiple bio-basins
  • Removal and replacement of asbestos water main
  • Widening and realignment of intersection under live traffic
  • Exporting over 90,000m3 of excess material offsite
  • Completed over 350,000m3 of cut to fill earthworks
  • Over 16,500m2 of road works
  • Drilling and blasting of 800m of sewer and stormwater lines to a depth of 8m
Pensar has worked with Stockland over several years and a range of projects. In that time, we’ve seen Pensar evolve into a more sophisticated and diversified operation. They certainly have a similar culture to Stockland’s. One aspect that has always been evident is the customer focus. Pensar is a responsive contractor. Which ensures that we see limited issues arising, and projects delivered on time and budget.

Since the Augustine Heights community development began in 2005, Pensar has successfully delivered a number of stages involving significant subdivision and infrastructure projects.
