Pat Newell is a widely experienced and highly respected water infrastructure specialist. He has built longstanding working relationships with some of Australia’s largest water utilities and delivered successful projects for municipal authorities across metropolitan, regional and remote locations. Pat is one of Pensar’s many longstanding employees, having commenced as a Graduate Engineer in 2009.
Today as Pensar’s Chief Operating Officer, he leads company-wide initiatives strengthening the organisation’s position within the industry, optimising project capabilities, processes and partnerships, and enhancing overall delivery proficiency. Pat is a regular contributor to regional industry advisory panels. He is a member of the Australian Water Association and has participated in numerous subcommittees including WaterAid.
